TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Overview. This website is operated by OEM Optic, Inc. ("OEM Optic," "we," "us"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products. OEM Optic sells third-party transceivers and cables that are compatible with, but not made by, the equipment manufacturers named on this site. Brand names such as Cisco, Juniper, HP, Dell and Arista are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe compatibility, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies. You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for your equipment and application.

3. Pricing and availability. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Accuracy of information. We try to keep product descriptions and specifications accurate, but we don't guarantee that every description is complete or error-free.

5. Returns and warranty. Returns and warranty claims are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, OEM Optic's liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or network downtime.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

8. Changes. We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page.
